Hon. Sebastian Deh is a development and banking expert with strong specialization in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), development project management, and SME banking. Since assuming office as Member of Parliament in 2025, he has remained committed to leveraging his expertise to drive inclusive growth and improve the livelihoods of his constituents.Deeply rooted in his agenda, Repair, Revive and Restore.
He currently serves as CEO of Atlantic Development Finance Company and Executive Director of HeadHands Skills Support Foundation, while also contributing to national and international development initiatives. With prior experience leading major TVET reforms and advising Ghana’s Ministry of Education, he brings proven leadership in shaping policies and programs that strengthen skills development, job creation, and institutional capacity.
Hon. Sebastian holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance for Development from the Giordano Dell'Amore Institute in Milan, a Postgraduate Certificate in Micro-Enterprise Finance from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, and a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from the University of Ghana.
